Giveaway: Mystery Box of ARCs

February 23, 2018 by Sandie 1 Comment

Mystery Box GiveawayHello everyone, long time no posts. I recently returned from  the American Library Association’s Midwinter Conference and realized we have loads of duplicate books. I’d like to send a box to a lucky reader, preferably to a media specialist, a fellow book blogger, or a teacher interested in starting or adding to their class library. Of course, book lovers without blogs or classes are also welcome to enter too!

This giveaway is of 6-8 ARCs plus at least one finished copy of young adult books with 2018 release dates (with the exception of the finished copy which is one of the books that won a Youth Media Award at the ALA conference). You won’t know exactly what’s in the box, but I can promise you three things about the mystery box:

  1. It includes a combination of books by best-selling, award-winning and debut authors.
  2. It’s a mix of genres (contemporary, fantasy, historical, etc.)
  3. It’s a combination of future ARCs and recently released titles, plus at least one award-winning YA book.

To refresh your memory, here is the complete list of 2018 Youth Media Award recipients! And if you missed the awards entirely and would like to watch a broadcast of the event, you can do so here.

To enter, just leave us a comment about the best book you’ve read so far this summer. You receive an extra entry if you tweet about the giveaway AND follow us on Twitter.

I’ll pick a winner and mail the box (it’s already ready to go) by Saturday, March 3rd.

Please note, this mystery box giveaway is only open to readers with domestic/U.S. mailing addresses.

The best book I’ve read lately was The Cruel Prince by Holly Black! Already dying for the next book of the series! Also followed and tweeted, thanks for the chance!
